"Surprisingly easy to use"
I wasn’t expecting much, but the site was actually simple to use. I found what I needed quickly, and checkout went through without any issues, which was a nice surprise.

The return process itself was okay and straightforward, but the refund took longer than I expected. I did get my money back eventually, so it worked out in the end. Personally, I’d say it’s fine if you’re not in a rush, but the refund speed could definitely be better

"The strainer is actually super handy"
I mainly bought this because of the built-in strainer, it works better than I thought it would. It keeps out ice, lemon slices, mint leaves, little fruit chunks, pulp, random bits from berries, basically all the stuff I don’t want ending up in my glass. I’ve used it for cocktails, iced tea, cucumber water, lemonade, and even a quick sangria, and it hasn’t clogged up or made a mess so far. It also feels sturdy, not flimsy or cheap. Overall, I’m really happy with it.

I actually liked the site overall. It has that clean, easy-to-browse feel, and the product photos look really nice. The whole style fits the elevated barware thing well, like it feels curated without being too much...
The only reason I’d probably land at 4 stars is that a few pages felt almost too sleek for me, if that makes sense. Not bad at all, just a little overly polished in spots. Still, it looks good and doesn’t feel cluttered, so...

I’m really happy with my order. Everything went smoothly from start to finish, and there weren’t any issues at all. It’s refreshing when a company actually does what it promises, that’s the right way to treat customers.

It’s a nice little gift idea and I can see some people really liking it, but it did feel a bit pricey for what it is... I guess it depends on who you’re buying it for.

I was a little suspicious at first because it costs a bit more than some others, and I wasn’t sure if it would really be any better. But after using it, it feels really solid and works great. no regrets.

I ordered from elevatedcraft.com the whole shopping process was easy. Finding products was simple, and the photos were helpful too. Checkout was quick and didn’t give me any issues, well, actually, that’s probably the part I appreciated most. The only thing I’d say is I wish they had a bit more detail about shipping times before you pay. Overall though, good experience and I’d order again...

"Does a solid job keeping coffee hot"
I’ve been using this cup for my morning coffee, and overall, it performs well. It keeps my coffee hot for most of the morning, which is exactly what I needed. By lunchtime it’s not piping hot anymore, so it’s not perfect, but it’s still a big improvement over my old cup.

"Feels like a shop I can trust"
I’ve ordered from Elevated Craft twice now, and both times I had that little nervous feeling you get when trying a new place online. But each order turned out fine, which I definitely remembered the second time around. Shipping wasn’t the fastest, but the updates were clear enough that I wasn’t left wondering what was going on. Everything showed up as expected, and that made the whole experience feel legit. I’d buy from them again, though I do hope delivery gets a bit quicker.

I don’t know why anyone would call this cheap, because it really doesn’t feel that way to me. The materials feel sturdy, the seams are clean, and overall it seems solid and well put together.

My order came just the way I expected, which I always appreciate. The items were correct, nothing was missing, nothing random was added, and there were no mix-ups with the size, color, quantity, or anything like that. It was basically one of those simple, smooth orders where you open the package and go, “Yep, that’s exactly what I picked.”

It looks nice and works fine, so I can’t really complain too much. There was a small scratch on the finish though, and it feels a little lighter than I expected. Overall it’s not bad, but i was hoping it would feel a bit more solid for the price.

"I’ve had this shaker for a few months..."
I’ve had this shaker for a few months now and, it’s been solid. I’ve dropped it a couple of times, which I figured might dent it up or mess with the lid, but it still looks good. No leaking so far, the lid still fits tight, and the metal has a nice heavy feel to it. I mostly use it on weekends, so I can’t say I’m putting it through extreme daily use, but for what I need, I’m happy with it

I’ve been using my Elevated Craft tumbler for a few weeks now, i’m impressed. I toss it into my work bag almost every day, and it’s definitely ended up sideways more than once, but I haven’t had a single leak.
I went in a little skeptical because most lids claim they’re leakproof and then immediately prove otherwise. This one actually lives up to it, which makes it way easier to throw coffee in there in the morning and not worry about my bag paying the price.

I bought this mostly for making drinks at home, i kind of wish I’d looked around a bit more before choosing it. It’s fine for basic mixes, but once I add anything thicker or throw in ice, I end up shaking it way more than I expected. Even then, I’ll sometimes find little bits that didn’t fully blend in.
The cup itself feels nice and it looks good, so I don’t really regret that part. I still use it, but for actual mixing performance, it’s just okay. Not terrible, just not as smooth as I was hoping it would be

"Heads up: the packaging is seriously solid"
Just a quick public heads-up for anyone worried about shipping damage: my order showed up packed really well. No dents, no weird scuffs, nothing crushed. Everything was wrapped tightly and actually felt protected, like someone took a little extra care with it. The box was simple too, not one of those nightmare packages you have to fight open. no complaints here.
